1. What we sell

MUSA GALLERY sells digital editions of original oil paintings and accepts commissions for new paintings delivered the same way. This policy sets out what kind of work the studio will and will not produce or sell.

2. Prohibited content

Adult or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited. We do not create, sell, accept commissions for, or display on this site any painting that depicts nudity in a sexual context, sexually explicit acts, or other adult material. This applies to the existing collection and to every commission request.

We also do not produce work that depicts:

Sexual content involving minors in any form.
Content intended to harass, defame or demean a specific private individual.
Hate symbols or content promoting violence against a person or group.
Content that infringes another artist's or rights holder's copyright.

3. Commission review

Every commission request is reviewed before it is accepted. We reserve the right to decline any commission that does not fit the studio's practice or that falls under this policy, without obligation to give a detailed explanation.
