Refund Policy

1. What we sell

Every item in the gallery is offered for sale as a high-resolution digital edition of an original oil painting — a digital good, delivered electronically, and nothing else is made or provided to you as part of the purchase.

2. Delivery and the right to cancel

Delivery is immediate: the download link or file is provided to you as soon as payment is confirmed. Because the file is delivered to you at once, you agree that delivery begins immediately upon payment and you waive any statutory right to a cooling-off or withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to the purchase of digital content.

3. When we give a refund

Because delivery is immediate, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the file has been delivered and opened. We do give a refund, or re-deliver the file, when:

the file fails to download or arrives corrupt;
you were sent the wrong work;
the file is materially not as described on its listing; or
you were charged more than once for the same order.

4. Commissions

Commission deposits secure your place in the studio's schedule and cover work already agreed. If you cancel a commission after painting has started, the deposit is non-refundable but no further payment is due. If we are unable to complete a commission, any payment made for work not yet done will be refunded in full. Once the finished commission has been delivered to you as a digital file, the refund rules in Section 3 apply.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are outside our control.
